Welcome To Giants Gym! 

  Whether you choose Giants Gym for our wide selection of free weights and exercise equipment, for the casual, relaxed atmosphere of a locally owned business, or simply for the affordable convenience of a round the clock fitness center, we would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our Gym.

 We know that committing to an exercise regimen can be challenging and selecting the right gym is a critical factor in achieving your goals. But the right gym is about more than just equipment and price.

 This is why the staff at Giants is dedicated to making your experience at the gym as positive and beneficial as possible.  We work every day to create an environment that is not only comfortable but also welcoming and enjoyable.

 Our primary purpose is to assist you in developing and sustaining the right health program so you can make the most of your time in the gym.   We offer a variety of training systems to guide you and keep you on track.
